Life Coaching

What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a forward-focused, supportive partnership designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward the life you truly want. It’s about identifying where you are, defining where you want to go, and creating intentional steps to get there.
A life coach helps you uncover limiting beliefs, strengthen mindset, set meaningful goals, and stay accountable as you grow.

How Is It Different
from Therapy?

Life coaching is not therapy. Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, diagnosing mental health conditions, or treating emotional disorders.
Life coaching focuses on the present and future personal growth, mindset shifts, habits, purpose, and achieving specific goals. It’s action-oriented and centered on possibility, empowerment, and forward momentum.
If you are seeking mental health treatment or need support for a clinical condition, therapy with a licensed professional is recommended.
