About Me
Wellness wasn’t something I discovered overnight it’s something I grew into. I was once a single mom raising two young boys who are now incredible young adults. Back then, life was fast, full, and often chaotic. I almost always worked two jobs while earning my college degrees. The boys were deeply involved in sports, and I even coached — so our days were packed from sunrise to bedtime.
Busy wasn’t just my schedule it was my identity. I also grew up on a farm, where hard work wasn’t optional. There was always something to do, and I became what I jokingly call an “active addict.” Stillness felt foreign. Slowing down felt impossible.
For most of my life, I didn’t know how to rest. Then something shifted. Over the past five years, I found myself gravitating toward yoga and meditation — two things I never could have embraced when I was younger. I used to say I couldn’t quiet my mind long enough to meditate. But life has a way of guiding us exactly where we need to go.
Today, I am a Reiki Master and a lifelong student of healing. My deep love of music opened another door leading me to explore the power of frequency, sound, and the profound healing that comes through vibration and rhythm.
The science and beauty of sound healing continue to inspire my work. Every chapter of my life motherhood, farm life, burnout, resilience, rediscovery has naturally pulled me toward life coaching. I am currently working toward becoming ICF certified, blending evidence-based coaching practices with holistic wellness, energy work, and mindfulness.
I understand what it feels like to live in constant motion. I understand what it feels like to carry it all. And I understand the courage it takes to choose a different pace.
